Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ​ Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable and personalized products such as food baskets, custom personalized shirts, or other items, printed posters, canvases, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate products. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed 24-48 hours. Please allow 7-10 days in transit for standard ground delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
